At Wholesale Grad Supply, we work hard to make sure your graduation apparel, academic regalia, and ceremony essentials arrive on time and in excellent condition. We proudly ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to provide reliable delivery options for schools, organizations, resellers, and individual customers across the United States.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted on the product page. During peak graduation season, promotional periods, or high-volume order windows, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We use the following shipping carriers depending on package size, destination, delivery speed, and order type:

Carrier selection may be determined automatically at checkout or chosen based on the most efficient and dependable delivery method for your order.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your label has been created.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, carrier service, and destination. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Please note:
• Transit times begin after order processing is completed
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues
• Large bulk or custom orders may require additional handling time
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Wholesale Grad Supply is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, we recommend first checking directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
If you need additional assistance, our team is happy to help review the shipment details and support you in resolving the issue.
Bulk & Time-Sensitive Orders
For schools, institutions, and wholesale customers placing large or time-sensitive graduation orders, we recommend ordering early to allow for processing and transit time.
