Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
•Unused and unworn
•In their original condition
•Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Examples of situations where Wholesale Grad Supply will cover return shipping may include:
•You received the wrong item
•Your order arrived damaged
•There is a defect or issue caused by our team
If the return is due to buyer preference, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or no longer needing the item, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can help guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange items must also be:
•Unused and unworn
•In original condition
•Returned with tags attached and original packaging
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is needed because of an issue caused by us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
•Worn or used items
•Items returned without original tags or packaging
•Customized, personalized, or special-order products
•Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Please include:
•Your order number
•A brief description of the issue
•Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
